The building and rooms are extremely clean. the breakfast is fresh and great, with minimal dessert and sandwiches available. the pool area is nice. Check-in is easy. the location is fantastic, within walking distance to everything. it was a very nice experience.

We recently decided to try Booked.net for the first time, as we thought we would be saving money and the website stated that there was "no commitment booking" and "no cancellation fee." I booked 2 rooms for $124/night on Booked.net. It turns out that I could have booked the rooms for $94/night in person with my AAA discount. Of course at the point that I realized this at the desk, I couldn't cancel my request through Booked.net because the the cancellation fee (which I thought that I wouldn't have by using the website) would have been 100% of the room fees, according to my confirmation email. Despite my request for rollaway beds, there were no rollaway beds at the hotel at all. There was also a mixup with one of our rooms. We were checked into someone else's room by mistake. For an extended period of time, the key was deactivated, and we weren't able to access the room. I was hoping that Booked.net might be a website we used more often when traveling. Unfortunately, I am sad to say that the entire experience was very disappointing. I wish it had been better!

The hallway outside our room reeked of cigarette smokie despite non-smoking rooms. Air conditioner so noisy we had to cut it off.

our honeymoon stay in richmond hill was exceptional! we were amazed by the exceptional service at hampton inn. the staff knew our names and made us feel truly special. the clean and updated rooms were spacious and comfortable, exceeding our expectations.

The breakfast room was overtaken by a large group of terrible people who seemed to not care that others were trying to eat. They stayed in the room for 2 hours and there was no place to sit.
